Villa complex is a charming little village built from stone, located 11 km from a small coastal town Fažana. Fažana is known as a starting point for a boat trip to natural park Brioni islands with beautiful green parks, wild animals, and a famous golf course. Pula airport is only 15 km away. Pula is the main regional town in Istria and is 18 km away from this village. It boasts of numerous restaurants, shops, a variety of sports and fun activities and a stunning Roman amphitheater where lots of concerts are taking place. This unique luxury resort is an idyllic setting positioned on a sunny hill, surrounded by green forests and meadows, stretched on a 9.776 sq. meters. The resort consisting of 6 luxury 4-star villas and konoba restaurant (typical Croatian tavern) were built in June 2012. The restaurant is not yet in function and it could be converted into another villa (7th). Sports area on 1.500 sq. meters is part of the resort and offers beach volleyball, small football court, badminton court, and a children’s playground. The sports area can also be replaced with another villa (8th).
