Its real estate has the gross building area of 2,090 m2. Between 2008 and 2011, Marina had 100 percent occupancy of its berths.


Concessionary right and license for Marina have been awarded until March of 2032. The Concessionary right may be extended for an additional period of several years. At present, Marina is capable of having 400 vessels moored in its sea berths with the capacity to moor mid- to large-site yachts and sailboats, and 150 dry berths storage facility with the capacity to moor sailboats up to 14-meter length.
