This large 6,000-square-foot hotel is almost within walking distance of the beach. Following modern trends, all 96 rooms in the hotel are fully equipped and can be categorized as “smart” rooms. The hotel requires a minimum investment of € 150,000 to meet all 4-star criteria and offers the possibility of building an indoor pool and an additional fifteen to eighteen rooms.

The beach that the hotel overlooks is rightly crowned with a blue flag. It is mostly pebble, but also contains sandy coves suitable for small children. Along the driveway with concrete steps, it is known for its attractive locations for various jumps. It offers a wealth of entertainment such as mini-golf, trampolines, pedal boats and water slides, guaranteeing guests hours and hours of fun.

Family Hotel – Sveti Petar

This family-run hotel was built in 2003 in the quiet village of Sveti Petar. The place has all the characteristics of a typical family resort that already has regular visitors. The hotel is located just five meters from the beach and has a newly built terrace with direct views of the Adriatic Sea and contains fifteen rooms. The terrace also contains a pool of 6x12m2 perfect for relaxing with a cocktail in hand. All necessary documents and permits are currently active for this hotel.

The beach in front of the hotel is located in the shade of pine trees, and is ideal for tourists who have problems with sinuses or breathing throughout the year. It offers many attractions and is an ideal place to spend a quiet family vacation.
